Every participant in our global network is expected to operate with integrity, honesty, transparency, and respect. We strictly prohibit deceptive practices, intentional delays, misrepresentation of technical capabilities, or bad-faith negotiations.

Amiserom operates a global, async-first collaborative culture. Freelancers and contractors are empowered to manage their own schedules while adhering to project milestones. Team members must maintain clear asynchronous communication, provide regular status updates on active tickets, and respond to critical client inquiries within agreed timeframes.

Amiserom is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and welcoming digital workplace. We enforce zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, abusive language, bullying, or bias based on race, gender, nationality, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or geographic location. Violations result in immediate suspension from the platform.

Protecting proprietary client data, source code, credentials, API keys, and strategic trade secrets is mandatory. All freelancers and team members operating under Amiserom project contracts are bound by strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Unauthorized disclosure, sharing of client credentials, or re-purposing of custom assets for personal or third-party use is strictly prohibited.

We believe in fair, competitive, and prompt payouts for all verified freelancers. Payout schedules, project scope, hourly/project rates, and milestone deliverables are agreed upon before work commences. Amiserom operates transparent payment processing with zero hidden fee deductions, ensuring freelancers receive full contractual compensation upon milestone verification.

We value sustainable productivity and work-life balance. We encourage realistic project scheduling, clear deadline expectations, and respect for personal time zones. Freelancers have the autonomy to choose workload volumes that match their bandwidth without penalty.

If you encounter a violation of this Workplace Policy, contract breach, or ethical concern, you can submit a confidential report directly to management via email at amiserom@gmail.com or support@amiserom.in. All reported incidents undergo swift, impartial investigation, and appropriate corrective measures are enforced.
